The breakfast was good with a choice of breads, yogurt, and cereals. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, located atop the hill, and offered sweeping views of the town and port. The staff was helpful and spoke fluent English.

The rooms were small and uncomfortable. The staff demonstrated little interest in assisting us with our requests, and client service in general was poor.

We recently had a romantic escape in a small family-owned hotel and we were impressed by the level of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The owners were very helpful in providing local tours and advice on how to make the most of our visit. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and all amenities. the quality of breakfast exceeded our expectations and was a great way to start each day.

We had a minor issue with the refrigerator in our room, but the staff was quick to offer us a solution that ensured we had access to a fridge throughout our stay. However, we felt that the hotel's décor and furnishings could have benefitted from more attention to detail and modernization.

Only stayed one night before boarding a cruise, but would certainly stay there again to explore more around Ushuaia. This hotel was cozy, with a nice view of woods out our window. Heated floors were great. Some upgrades being done, and a few rough spots still to go in our room, but overall neat and clean, and the staff were great.

If you're not up for a steep uphill walk from the main part of town, maybe this hotel isn't for you. I thought it was good exercise.

The front-facing room on the second floor was compact but cozy, and the view of the snow-patched mountains and colorful homes was absolutely breathtaking. The wooden floor bathroom was spacious and looked new, providing a touch of luxury. The staff were real friendly and went out of their way to help us, even assisting with ordering a pizza. Breakfast was better than most in Argentina, with a good selection of options to choose from.
